AthleticsAfter a grounding in the essentials during P E Lessons (both in track and field events), boys are allowed to choose Athletics as a summer games option from the 4th form onwards. Mondays are dedicated to working on conditioning to improve strength, speed and agility. Wednesdays allow boys to practise their events of choice or even try some new ones! A keenly contested House Athletics competition towards the end of term is the always the highlight of the calendar! D A Lawrence |
