Weight Training

Weight Training is offered as part of P E  Lessons, as a Games option and as an Extra Curricular Club. Boys in the 4th Form, Divisions, and 5th form (Years 9, 10 and 11) are given a 3 week induction in Autumn P E  lessons in which they learn how to use weights safely and effectively. Once this is done boys are allowed to use the weights room in lunch times, (and for the 6th form) after school.  It is also offered to both middle school and 6th form as a games option - as an opportunity for boys who enjoy weight training to continue.  It takes place in a supervised but relaxed atmosphere.
