YOUNG ENTERPRISE Young Enterprise Scheme for the Lower Sixth Form. Students form teams, have a business idea and together with their Business Advisors (who they meet on a weekly basis) develop their product and run their business. They all will then compete for the title of Company of the Year in the summer term. Each member has a role within the company such as Finance Director, Managing Director, Sales Director, etc. Key Qualities: Creative, Cognitive, Leadership, Teamwork.
