60 Careers Careers O ne of the key features of the MTS Careers programme is the huge number of fabulous face-to-face encounters between boys and OMTs. The inspiration and insight that comes from these meetings can influence boys for years, helping to fuel a passion or underpin confidence to take a brave step into the future. School closure, social distancing requirements, and the challenges for boys, staff and OMTs to master the virtual working world has sadly curtailed our careers events programme this year, with University Choices, Lower 6th Career Networking, and Lower/ Middle School Career Skills Days being postponed. Throughout lockdown, the Careers team has worked remotely to provide support to boys.
