French Poster Summer Competition
While some made the most of their summer break to recharge their batteries and bask in the sun, many of our linguists at Taylors' continued their exploration of the French language and took part in our French poster competition.
Third and Upper Third Form boys were tasked to embrace the Olympic Games fever, and create posters around sport. The more advanced Fourth Form and Divisions boys were asked to present a poster on a French town they had visited, either in person or virtually.
Mme Kotsuba and Mme Dean had the most difficult job to choose the winners from more than seventy entries. Not only did boys impress with their creativity, but they also displayed strong command of the language.
On Friday 13th September, the winners were revealed in the brand-new Lecture Theatre:

2nd prize: Suraj D (4ths) (Le Ballon d'Or) and Lishane Warnapala (3rds) (La Tour Eiffel à la Apollinaire)

1st prize: Pranay P (5ths) (Grenoble) and Lucian H (Divs) (Nice)
2nd prize: Noah P (Divs) (La Dordogne) and Ranvir S (Divs) (Strasbourg)
3rd Prize: Aarav B (Divs) (Toulon)
