Fab Times at the PHAB Disco
Friday evening saw our weekly PHAB club hosting a special Christmas disco for our guests with disabilities. The atmosphere was alive with music, singing, and dancing, creating a wonderfully festive and joyful event. For the four of us new to the PHAB team, this was our first experience of the club, and it was truly inspiring.

For the four of us new to the PHAB team, this was our first experience of the club, and it was truly inspiring. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the rest of the team, whose kindness and enthusiasm set a positive tone for the evening. It was heartening to see how much the guests enjoyed themselves—whether singing, dancing, or simply relishing the company of others.
As a team, together with the PHAB girls from Royal Masonic School, we worked together to ensure every guest felt included and had a memorable time. Seeing the genuine connections forming between hosts and guests alike was deeply moving. Watching everyone laugh and celebrate the holiday season underscored the sense of community that PHAB so beautifully fosters. The evening served as a powerful reminder of the positive impact we can have when we support one another.
As new members, we felt proud to be part of such a meaningful and inclusive initiative. It was the perfect introduction to the spirit of Phab, and we are excited for future events and the opportunity to continue contributing to this wonderful team.
