Divisions Impress with Sculptures inspired by Natural Forms
Division pupils completed impressive final piece sculptures based on the theme of natural forms last term. This was a culmination of a project inspired by the work of sculptor; Peter Randall-Page and photographer Karl Blossfeldt as well as pupil’s using their own photographs and drawing ideas inspired by nature.
The students worked in a larger scale than they ever have done before showing growing confidence in skill and techniques. The sculptures have been on display in the DT and Art Gallery space and some will be kept on display in our forthcoming exhibition on the 19th June.
