Engineering Insights

Engineering Insights is a podcast which I created to share key experiences and lessons from those on the path to successful careers in Engineering. I speak with guests at various stages of their career journey, from university undergraduates to industry professionals, learning how they got to where they are and what advice they have for those starting out.
Whether you’re a student thinking about engineering, or just curious about the insights of current experts, I hope this offers valuable inspiration.
How do I find people to interview?
Typically, I look for people on LinkedIn with profiles that highlight interesting roles or educational backgrounds in engineering. Another useful way I’ve found potential guests (especially those studying engineering related degrees) is at University Open Days. After contacting them, and giving a brief introduction to what the podcast is for, I arrange an interview over Zoom, to record and edit our conversation, before publishing the finished piece on Spotify.
Where can I listen?
