Writes Amanda South, Senior Librarian
On Friday, we took a closer look some of the stories in the library with a scientific theme. Presented with a selection of books, related questions and general knowledge trivia, the pupils shared their thoughts about topics such as talking to animals, genetic modification and immortality.
Chase L. (U3rd) liked the idea of conversing with snakes, whilst Gwilym H. (3rd) wanted to be able to move things with his mind, and all agreed that they would not want to live for ever. The group then set about creating a book title periodic table, which they had no trouble doing with the books to hand in the Junior Library.
