Hilles Day

On Tuesday 11th February, all members of Hilles House came together as one community to raise money for their chosen charity, The North London Hospice.

The Hospice supports patients with life-limiting illnesses, supporting them to achieve the best quality of life possible. They work with communities within the boroughs of Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Camden and Islington. The provide physical, emotional and spiritual care to patients and families, friends and carers.

Pupils and staff wore their new 2025 Hilles Day T-Shirts with pride. Each tutor group had responsibility for one activity on the day, from breakfast and a quiz first thing in the morning, to cakes sales, penalty shoot-outs, and basketball competitions.

Profits of over £500 were made on the day. When added to previous donations from Hilles parents, the House has raised over £800 for charity.

The day was a huge success, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all Hilles pupils, parents, and staff.
