Writes Christa Udell, Teacher of German
Our Equestrian Team is going from strength to strength making immense progress in each riding lesson. Yesterday Adam A. (5ths), Aarnav S. (L6th), and Dhruv K. (5ths) took part in an advanced coaching session under challenging weather conditions. Not only did we all ride in strong winds, which is a challenge when being on horseback, but these boys also improved their extended trot as well as heir canter immensely. Each of them showed courage, determination and a high level of skill and horsemanship.
Yesterday’s session was a truly big success for these three boys, a huge step up to the next level in their riding. I want to give them credit, being brave enough to ride in really challenging weather and on advanced horses.
Equestrianism certainly is indicative of life here at Taylors’, despite being hard work, it is immensely enjoyable and rewarding and our riders look forward to every challenge that they come up against. They have learnt a lot over the last two years and can now look forward to another year of riding and of learning.
An exciting future ahead in the saddle. Well done, Equestrian Team!
