Engineering Success

The Arkwright Scholarship is the most esteemed scholarship of its kind in the UK. Every year Arkwright receive thousands of applications from students in Year 11 in the hope of being recognised as a future leader in an Engineering Field. This year, just 271 scholarships were awarded nationally, and we delighted to announce that three MTS students were awarded with a scholarship. They had to navigate a tough application process which involved a lengthy application evidencing: engineering project they had led, a three-hour engineering exam and then an interview with professional Engineers. The results of the process were announced earlier in this academic year with a prestigious award ceremony at the end of October. Our warmest congratulations go out to the newest scholars who are now in L6th, Han Se, Aayush and Yuvraj.
