My School Portal is a new service that acts as a single destination for everything including timetables, reports, a daily planner and more. Read on to learn how to login to the new system and what it can do.

We are delighted to announce the launch of a new Communications tool “My School Portal” (MYSP). This can be accessed via the parents section of the School website or directly via the link:

https://mtsn.myschoolportal.co.uk/

This application aims to centralise aspects of School life such as your son’s timetable, daily planner, most recent progress grades and reports.

There is a link to the School Coach Service module Vectare as well as the School trips module Evolve. You can see our Facebook and Instagram feeds as well as the latest news items posted on the School website.

Various pages from the School website including the weekly lunch menu, the Clubs and Societies booklet, term and parents’ evening dates are embedded in MYSP.  You can book tickets for forthcoming events and keep up to date with the latest Sports results.

Moreover MYSP collates all centrally sent emails in the My Latest Messages window. It is also possible to see a brief summary of the Rewards secured by your son as well as all the assignments set for your son by his teachers under Microsoft Teams Assignments.

Through MYSP, you now have secure, 24/7 access to personalised data about your son via one username and password from your desktop, tablet, or smartphone.

It is easy to access and once logged in, you should find it intuitive to navigate around. To gain access to your account, follow the steps below.

1. To access the portal, go to https://mtsn.myschoolportal.co.uk/request-password

2. Using your email address request a new password

3. You'll now receive an email from My School Portal, follow the instructions in the email.

If you're experiencing difficulties getting into your My School Portal account, please contact us by email at arhc@mtsn.org.uk

We’re very excited to launch this new communications platform which should simplify and enhance your engagement with the school and keep you better informed about your child’s progress.
