MTS Works With Hand On Heart Charity
On Saturday 27th January, six Lower Sixth students (Aqil, Zorane, Dylan, Sohan, Sujieth and Hassan), and three members of the teaching staff (Dr Beacham, Mrs Pratt and Dr Lomas) participated in an event at the Hand On Heart charity in Watford.
Our day began by packing 120 bags containing essential items for the homeless, including toiletries and thermals. These bags are now set to be distributed in different locations across London. Following this, we engaged in a thought-provoking question and answer session where we deliberated on the challenges and factors experienced by individuals facing homelessness.
