Capt Sharrock Awarded Lord Lieutenant's Certificate for Meritorious Service to Cadets
On Thursday 14 March, Capt K. Sharrock was presented with a Lord Lieutenant’s Certificate for Meritorious Service to Cadets in Greater London.
The Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association ceremony took place at Yeomanry House where Capt Sharrock received his Certificate from the Lord Lieutenant for Greater London, Sir Kenneth Olisa OBE.
After nine years in post, Capt Sharrock, stepped down as our CCF School Staff Instructor (SSI) in 2023, on taking up the role of Head Porter. He also served as Officer Commanding the Army Section from 2018 to 2023. Whilst he has stepped down from these roles to take on other duties in the school, Capt Sharrock continues to volunteer with the CCF.
